Dear family and friends,

We are now counting the hours leading to our special day – cannot wait to spend our wedding day with you! We’re tying lose ends and getting into the littlest of details, so we want to let you know about a few things before Saturday.

CEREMONY
The ceremony will promptly begin at 4 p.m. We have advised our family members to arrive at 3 p.m.
Seats will be limited at the ceremony. It will only last around 30 minutes as most local guests we know would prefer to stand.
We request for guests to put their phones on silent, and put them away during the ceremony. We want you to be present with us from beginning to end, and would like our photographer and videographers to capture every moment without any arms and phones blocking the shots. Thank you for understanding as this is a once in a lifetime moment.

Also, Kit requests for everyone to remain seated when the bride enters. Yes – no need to stand.

PARKING
Only vendors and family members of the bride and groom shall be allowed to park at the limited spaces at the venue.
Parking for guests are located at the following:
1. Iao United Church of Christ – across the venue
We have their upper and lower parking spaces booked for you. Enter through Vineyard Street for the lower parking area.

2. Open field behind Queen Kaahumanu Church
Entrance to this field is via Main Street. We will have balloons and signage.
We will have flood lights set up for those parking at this space. This is an open field and you can park on the grass – it’s a bit bumpy, so take care!
To get to the venue, walk up Main Street. There is no access otherwise – please do not trespass in surrounding property. More reason why you should plan to get there early!

3. Street parking, county and state parking
These options are also available.

Ditch the high-heels, go for wedges, flats or sandals – you’ll be on grass.
Keep the coat and tie in the closet, go for Aloha attire and maxi floral dresses.
We are not strict with colors, but if you’d like guidance, go for pastels or earth tones

CAN I TAKE SOMEONE WITH ME?
Sorry, you may not. Kit and Deron opted for assigned seating for the guests to maximize your experience. You will be directed to your table and seat where you will find your name on place cards. We have accounted for each seat based on the RSVPs you provided. If there are changes in attendance – cancellations only – please let Kit know immediately. The seats are non-transferable.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Discreetly, sure.

OTHER PRE-WEDDING QUESTIONS?
Just text Kit or Deron directly.

That’s it, folks. See you all on Saturday!

Happy tears,

Deron and Kit
